Dr. Eleni Krommidas helps individuals and families awaken their innate healing power through holistic health consultations. With a deep respect for the body’s wisdom, she offers personalized support that nurtures physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Using naturopathic principles and homeopathy, she empowers people to confidently care for themselves and their children with gentle, natural tools.

Her inspiration began on Long Island, New York, where she grew up watching her mother work with children on the autism spectrum. That early exposure to compassionate care sparked her lifelong passion for helping others on their unique healing journeys.

Through virtual consults, educational courses, and spiritual insight, Dr. Eleni blends the art and science of naturopathic medicine

with her experience and intuitive approach. Her focus lies in pediatrics, as well as developmental and behavioral pediatrics,

fertility, women’s wellness, and whole-family support. She draws

on modalities like homeopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.

 Outside of practice, she loves spending time with her family                     and two dogs, exploring nature, practicing yoga, cooking nourishing                                                                           meals, dancing, and traveling.​
